Cooking Instructions:

Microwave from Frozen:

6-7 Minutes

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 6 – 7 minutes (Cat B/650W), 6 minutes (Cat E/850 W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Peel back film lid, stir and serve.
