Pancakes Contain: Wheat Flour, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Starch, Salt.
Hoisin Sauce Contains: Water, Sugar, Fermented Bean Paste (Fermented Soybeans (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Water, Salt), Rice Vinegar, Corn Flour, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour), Salt, Garlic Puree, Chinese Five Spice (Aniseed, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves, Pepper).

Cooking Instructions:

To Oven Cook from Frozen:

Duck:

30 Minutes


Remove all packaging from the duck.
Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at
200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes.

Microwave from Frozen:


Pancakes:

30 Seconds


Pierce film to pancakes
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook on full power for 30secs (650 – 850watt).

Hoisin sauce:
Remove sachet of sauce and place in a cup of cold water for 30 minutes.
Open sachet and pour sauce.

To Serve:
Shred the duck with a fork
Place duck onto a pancake with hoisin sauce, roll and enjoy.

Pancakes not suitable for oven cooking.
Hoisin sauce not suitable for heating
