Cooking Instructions:

Microwave from Frozen:

9 Minutes

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. 
Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 5 minutes (Cat B/650W), 4 minutes (Cat E/850W). 
Peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 4 minutes (Cat B/650W), 3 minutes (Cat E/850W). Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Peel back film lid, stir and serve.
