Cooking Instructions:

Microwave from Frozen:

Duck:

To Cook the duck, fully defrost the duck and remove from all packaging.

Microwave and Deep Fry Method (From Defrost).

2 Minutes
  1. Pre-heat each duck half in the microwave for 2 minutes (750watt).
  2. Heat oil to 190°C/370°F in a deep fat fryer.
  3. Fry each duck half in fryer for approximately 2 minutes until the duck turns golden brown and crispy

Oven Method (From defrost)

30-35 Minutes
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6
  2. Place half duck on a baking tray and re-heat for 30-35 minutes or until the duck is golden brown and crispy.

Pancake:

30 Seconds
  1. Place pouch in a microwave.
  2. Microwave on full power (750 watts) for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from pouch and separate immediately.

Hoisin Sauce:

  1. Defrost and serve.
